Responsibilities
- Always doing what is best for the customer
- Answers customer requests or inquiries concerning services, real estate/property specific questions, resolves issues
- Listen and make recommendations according to customer's needs
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products and services
- Aggressively pursues leads and lightning-fast responses to requests/inquiries/tickets
- Sets appointments, maintains assigned lead files, and routinely makes updates
- Identifies properties to show customers, makes arrangements, and accompanies customer to show
- Opening, responding to, assigning, organizing, and closing support tickets
- Document preparation, transmission, and follow-up
- Proactively identifies issues and works to resolve them
- Takes responsibilty for transaction regardless of fault
- Other various customer overhead and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Licensed REALTOR®
- Significant sales experience
- Strong understanding of contract law, agency, and ethics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
- Ample cell phone talk time, SMS, and internet
- Clean automobile with valid FL Drivers License and insurance
- General knowledge of Gainesville, Alachua County, and surrounding areas

- Experience with Windows based environment
